What is E-Z Shred?

E-Z Shred is a simple, secure and economical document destruction program powered by i/oTrak, Inc., in partnership with Insta-Shred. E-Z Shred is born out of the concept of "simple is good". It seeks to provide an uncomplicated answer to the challenge of properly destroying documents containing content sensitive information in a secure and confidential manner. And, in doing so, guarantees you will enjoy a direct savings in time and money!

Why a Shred-A-Ton Contest?

Every business deals with documents containing sensitive content. However, getting rid of those documents can be real hassle. In fact, a costly one at that! To help, i/oTrak is giving away a TON of content-sensitive document destruction to a different business each quarter throughout 2010. (According to the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI) estimation, that 1 ton is approximately equal to 4,000 reams of paper.)

What is the prize?

Each Contest Winner will receive fifteen (15) E-Z Shred boxes capable of accommodating up to 35 pounds of content-sensitive documents each. The E-Z Shred boxes will be delivered to the winning business address at no charge. When they are filled, each box can be closed using its set of security seals and a uniquely numbered Certificatate of Transfer for Destruction will identify its contents. Upon filling the fifteen (15) E-Z Shred boxes, i/oTrak will arrange for all boxes to be picked up for transportation to the central plant destruction hub, where the sealed boxes and all of their contents will be destroyed in accordance to National Association for Information Destruction standards via pulverization.

Where will the documents be destroyed?

Upon filling the fifteen (15) E-Z Shred boxes, the winner will have a choice of having i/oTrak pick up all of the boxes for transportation to the central plant destruction hub, where the sealed boxes and all of their contents will be destroyed in accordance to National Association for Information Destruction standards via pulverization, or of having i/oTrak arrange for an Insta-Shred mobile document destruction truck to destroy the documents on-site.

When is the prize valid?

Prize winners have up to one (1) year of receipt of the E-Z Shred boxes to fill and have them picked up for destruction. Prize offer void after one (1) year.

Who is eligible?

The Contest is open to business entities resident or carrying on business for income tax purposes in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia counties, within the State of Florida, United states.

Who can enter?

Any employee or owner who is a legal resident of the United States, age 18 or older, can submit entries on behalf of their business entities.

What if my business has multiple offices?

One entry may be made per location for businesses with multiple offices, but for such entries to qualify each Submission must represent a different physical location from which business (as described above) is conducted.

What is the Contest Period?

The Contest period for the 1st quarter of 2010, will begin at 8:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on Monday, January 4, 2010 and ends at 5:00:00 P.M. EST on Friday, April 2, 2010 (the "Contest Period"). All Submissions must be received by 5:00:00 P.M. EST on Friday, April 2, 2010, to be eligible. The Contest Winner will be announced on or about April 15, 2010.

What happens if my business is not selected as a Contest Winner?

Businesses are eligible to re-enter any of the 4 - quarterly contests throughout 2010, if not previously chosen as a Contest Winner. To re-enter a business must complete and submit the entry form and consent form located on the Contest Website within the valid contest period for each quarter.
